Pricing and Content
Although Associated Students UCLA earnestly attempts to keep the information on its website current and accurate, there may occasionally be typographical errors or inaccuracies that may render the information incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product descriptions, pricing and/or availability. Therefore, we reserve the right to:
· Correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at our discretion;
· Change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order);
· Refuse or cancel orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If a credit card has been charged, a credit will be issued.
· Charge sales tax on orders shipped within and outside of California as required by law.
· Allow International Customs to charge the recipient duties and taxes upon delivery.
Promotional Pricing
Promotional discounts used at the time of original purchase are only valid for applicable stock on hand at time of order fulfillment and cannot be applied to new orders or substitutions made after a promotion has expired. Unless specified, free shipping offers exclude textbooks, technology items, graduation resources, diploma frames, and only apply to delivery within contiguous USA, using standard ground transit. Additional handling charges still apply.
Taxable Out of State Orders
In compliance with state laws, taxes may be charged on orders shipped outside of California. Amounts due may not appear at time order is placed, but will be calculated and charged at time of shipment.
Product Images
Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor or mobile device and may not be accurate.
Product Availability
The ability to order an item online does not guarantee that the item will ship. The UCLA Store may cancel items from orders if those items are not in stock or were found to be defective. Textbooks may be sent in an alternative condition (new or used) based on availability.
Payment and Returns
Online purchases can only be made using U.S. funds and a valid credit card. Returns are subject to the policies detailed in the Returns section of this website. Refunds will only be applied back to card used to make original purchase, or as store credit.
Credit Card Declines
Orders placed with a credit card that was declined for any reason are automatically canceled. Product on canceled orders is returned to inventory, and promotions are not transferable. Notification of cancellation is provided via email. For orders placed without a valid email address, contact will be attempted by phone.
International Orders
Payment is only accepted by American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover credit cards in U.S Funds. By placing an order to be delivered outside the United States, you agree that the recipient will pay for any additional customs fees or taxes imposed by the destination location. Any order refused by a recipient upon delivery will be considered an "abandoned package", and ineligible for a refund. The UCLA Store is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or invalid address information provided by purchaser.
Shipment of Goods
Every effort is made to ensure that products purchased are correctly delivered in a timely manner. The UCLA Store is not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to higher than normal order volume, poor weather, carrier mishandling, or customer error. See Shipping Information for additional details.
Unclaimed Pick Up Orders
In Store Pick Up orders unclaimed after 7 days will be refunded to the form of payment used to make the purchase, and returned to stock. Discounts used will not be applied to new orders if the applicable promotion has expired. Refunds will be applied based on UCLA Store policies, and are unavailable for graduation portraits and special orders.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASSOCIATED STUDENTS UCLA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED AND/OR STATUTORY INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ASSOCIATED STUDENTS UCLA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR OTHERWISE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for damages. Dispute Resolution
Our Customer Service Representatives are ready to assist you and address your concerns. You may email us at bearwear@asucla.ucla.edu or call us at 800-UCLA-RAH.
In the event that our customer service team is unable to resolve your concern, by using this website you unconditionally agree that, except as set forth below, all claims, controversies,
or disputes between you and ASUCLA will be resolved entirely through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, including, without limitation, such claims, controversies, or disputes relating to your access or use of our website, any products or services purchased from ASUCLA. The sole exceptions to the foregoing requirement to arbitrate are that: (a) either party may assert individual claims in small claims court if those claims otherwise qualify for small claims court and as long as the matter remains in such court and advances only on an individual (non-class, non-representative basis); and (b) each party may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO SETTLE ANY DISPUTES WITH ASUCLA IN A COURT OF LAW OR BEFORE A JURY. YOU ALSO GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN OR BRING CLASS ACTIONS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS.
You agree that the arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). The AAA consumer rules for arbitration shall apply. The Arbitrator, and not any federal, state, or local court or agency, shall have the exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this Agreement including, but not limited to, a claim that all or any part of this Agreement is void or voidable.
As set forth above, we each agree to bring any dispute on an individual basis only, and not on a class, consolidated, representative or collective action basis. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action against the other.
THIS SECTION LIMITS CERTAIN RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO MAINTAIN A COURT ACTION, THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM, THE RIGHT TO ENGAGE IN DISCOVERY EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN AAA RULES, AND THE RIGHT TO CERTAIN REMEDIES AND FORMS OF RELIEF. OTHER RIGHTS THAT YOU OR ASUCLA WOULD HAVE IN COURT ALSO MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE IN ARBITRATION.
Applicable Law and Venue
The law applicable to the interpretation and construction of these Terms and any transaction (including purchases made on this website) using or related to the Site, shall be the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal laws, and the laws of the State of California without regard to principles of conflict of laws, but subject to the Federal Arbitration Act and other federal law relating to the arbitrability of claims. You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the website, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the United States and by the laws of the State of California.
Any action relating to the use of the website or any transaction with ASUCLA must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California, for any lawsuit or court proceeding permitted under these Terms. You consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of any such action.
Site Policies, Modifications and Severability
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time. If any of these terms shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or ability to enforce any remaining terms.
