MILITARY SERVICE REFUNDS

The Associated Students of UCLA understands the commitments of the members of our student body to their military service. As such we will consider, on a case-by-case basis, any issues regarding an active member of the armed forces called to service during their time at UCLA. These issues might include, among others the need to return textbooks upon withdrawal from the University for service in the armed forces. Please come to the Textbook Services Counter, in Ackerman Union on A-level, and ask to speak to a manager so that we may both address your specific needs and inform you of the necessary paperwork we would require to accommodate your request(s). Any issues which may arise as a result of the call to service must be addressed prior to leaving the University for deployment.
