Is graduation regalia rented or can we keep them?
Undergraduate students: You'll purchase a Bachelor Unit, which includes a cap, gown, and tassel.
Master's and doctoral students: Renting regalia is the most common option, as you'll only need the gown and hood for the ceremony. You'll return both after graduation, but keep the cap and tassel as a memento.
Remember:
- Purchase graduation regalia well in advance to ensure availability and proper fit.
- Double-check your departments guidelines for graduation attire.
- Masters and Doctoral regalia can be custom ordered for purchase through our Graduation Etc. Department. (orders MUST be placed in person, and no later than mid-April)
