UCLA Campus Pick up Information
To display UCLA Store Pick Up as a delivery method, please enter the following address as the Shipping Address during checkout:

Processing Time: Your pickup order will typically be ready in 1-2 business days. We'll send a personalized email notification when it's waiting for you, with specific instructions on where to grab it and when.
Please note:
- An ID is required at the time of pickup
- The order will only be released to individuals named on the order
- Pickup is only available for prepaid online orders
- Unclaimed apparel & accessory orders will be returned to stock after 7 business days and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Graduation Essential items will be refunded 7 days after the last scheduled graduation ceremony of the season.
- Personalized items and portraits are ineligible for a refund and will be responsibly destroyed.
- Unclaimed Textbooks will be donated after 30 days and are non-refundable.
