Checkout Troubleshooting

How do I apply the discount on a Promotion Day?
- In an attempt to make your checkout process easier, sales will be auto applied and visible when you add items to the shopping cart. You will not need to enter any additional information to take advantage of these promotions! Our promotions end at 11:59 PST on the last day of the promotion. If you checkout after this time, even if the items were on sale and in your cart, they will update to be normal price again at checkout. If you ever experience an issue where the discount does not appear when you add an item to the cart please email us at bearwear@asucla.ucla.edu.
Reminder: Make sure to check that the items you are adding are included in the promotion. Graduation items, Textbooks and Fundraising items are not discountable
How do I get the store pickup option to appear?
- Make sure that the delivery address has a California address listed. Only shipping options will appear for out of state orders. If you do not have a California address please enter the store address as the shipping address Pick-up should be available.

Why is my coupon not working?
- At checkout or in the shopping cart there will be a option on the side that says have a promo code? Select the drop down and a box will appear to enter your code. Make sure that the code matched exactly and then press apply. The code should then appear before the estimated shipping and the discount reflected in your cart. You also can do this stage during checkout, if you forget to apply it in the cart.
Why can't I add item xxxxx to my cart?
- Items that come in multiple colors and sizes with have color and size selection options. Even if only one size or color is available you will still need to select these field before you will be allowed to add the item to the cart. You will know that the color and size have been selected because the name of the selections will appear next to each category.
How to I apply my gift card?
- During checkout after you enter your shipping information you will be asked to enter your credit card information. In this section below where you enter your card info will be a dropdown that says "Apply a Gift Certificate". Once you select this drop down a box will appear, enter your gift card number and select apply. You will see the gift card appear, and the balance reflected on the right side of the checkout screen in the checkout summary.
Remember: If your card starts with 1200600, you will need to update your gift card number before using it online. More information about how to update your card number can be found here.
