Why do I have multiple charges on my credit card?
When you place an order, a temporary hold is placed on your card for the amount of your order. We only charge your card when we process and ship your order (usually within 2-4 business days).
If you try to place your order multiple times due to address verification or security code issues, you might see temporary holds on your card. Don't worry, we only charge for successful orders.
Canceled Orders: If you cancel your order, the temporary hold will be released within 1-2 business days. These holds typically clear with your bank within another 1-2 business days.
Split Shipments: Sometimes orders get split and shipped in separate packages, depending on where the items are located. If this happens to your order, you might see multiple charges on your card. Don't worry, though, the total amount charged will never exceed the initial authorization amount you saw when you placed your order.
