How do I use my store gift card online?

Please note! If your gift card starts with 1200600, unfortunately, it can't be used online. But don't worry! You can reach out to our Customer Service Team at bearwear@asucla.ucla.edu. They'll be more than happy to help you transfer your balance to a brand new gift card. Just make sure you include your original gift card number!

When using a gift card, you'll need to enter a backup credit/debit card in case your gift card doesn't cover the entire purchase. We'll temporarily hold the full order amount on this backup card when you place your order.

Here's how it works:

• We'll check your gift card balance first.
• If your gift card covers everything (order + shipping), we'll cancel the hold on your backup card – no worries!
• If your gift card balance doesn't cover everything, we'll use the available amount from your gift card and charge the remaining balance to your backup card.

Remember:

• Only one backup card is allowed per order.
