Help! My order is missing, incorrect, or defective
Can't find your order?
If the tracking for your order indicates that it has been delivered, but you have not yet received your order, please check with your household, and check in with neighboring homes/buildings. It can also help to look in places that are out of plain sight, where the delivery carrier may have left the package.
