Returning Computers and Tech

Unopened Technology Returns:

We understand there may be times when you need to return technology you've purchased from our Computer Store. We aim to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible.


Unopened hardware, software, and peripherals: You are eligible to receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase, at the current selling price. All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.


Opened software and licensed products: Unfortunately, due to licensing restrictions, these items are not returnable.


Opened products: Require approval by a manager and will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Please contact the Computer Store directly at computerstore@asucla.ucla.edu for more information.
