Returning Your Bearwear Gear: Making Things Right
We want you to be thrilled with your Bearwear purchase! But hey, sometimes things don't work out. No worries! Here's the scoop on returning or exchanging your apparel and accessories:
Returns & Exchanges Policy:
- You've got 30 days from the purchase date to return or exchange most items (except for "Clearance" and personalized ones, those are final sale).
- Make sure your items are unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags still on.
- Exchanges can only be made in-store.
To make a return at our UCLA Store:
- Visit one of our registers at the UCLA Store in Ackerman Union to initiate your return. Don't forget your original receipt!
- We'll give your return a quick inspection to ensure your item meets our return/exchange policy. If it does, we’ll process your refund at the register.
- Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method used.
Heads Up:
- Some items like clearance items aren't eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We can't accept returns or exchanges after 30 days. Time flies, we know!
- Items that are damaged, worn, altered, or don't have original tags can't be returned or exchanged.
Returning In-Store Apparel & Accessories by Mail
Returning Apparel & Accessories items purchased at the UCLA Store on campus via mail:
On a case-by-case basis, you can return items purchased at our physical store by mail. Just make sure you have the original receipt with you. Please note there are no exchanges, only returns.
Here's the process to return BearWear merchandise:
- Contact us first: Reach out to the UCLA Store team at bwfloor@asucla.ucla.edu to confirm your eligibility for a mail-in return. We'll need some details about your purchase:
- A copy of the original receipt
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for returning
- Fill out the Return Form: If your return is approved, you'll receive a Return Form to fill out and include with your package.
- Pack & Ship: Carefully pack your unused and unworn item with the tags attached, the completed Return Form, and original receipt. Remember, we cannot offer prepaid labels for in-store purchase returns. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Track your return: Keep your tracking information handy so you can follow your package's journey back to us.
Please note: We are not responsible for items lost in transit, so make sure you use a reliable shipping service with tracking included.
