Returning an online order?
Returning Your Bearwear Gear: Making Things Right
We want you to be thrilled with your Bearwear purchase! But we know sometimes things don't work out. Here's the scoop on returning or exchanging your apparel and accessories:
Returns & Exchanges:
- You've got 30 days from your order's ship date to return or exchange most items (except for "Clearance" and personalized ones, those are final sale).
- Make sure your items are unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags still on.
- To get started, just reach out to our Bearwear team at bearwear@asucla.ucla.edu and include the following information:
1. Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for returning
- If the item was gifted to you by someone else
Returning the item: Once your return is approved, we will send you the following:
- A Return Authorization Form (please print it and include it in your package)
- Prepaid FedEx Return Label (print and secure onto your package and drop off at a local FedEx store)
Returning Apparel & Accessories via international mail:
Please Note: International returns are processed differently than domestic returns.
To initiate a return:
- Download and print our In Store Return Form.
- Fill out the form completely, including the reason for your return and whether you prefer a refund or store credit.
- Include the attached RMA Form with your returned items.
- Ship your return to the address specified on the Return Form:

*We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as the UCLA Store is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit to our store.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your return, we'll give it a quick inspection and process your refund within two weeks.
- Your refund will head back to the original payment method you used.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or there was an issue with your order.
Heads Up:
- Some items aren't eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We can't accept returns or exchanges after 30 days. Time flies, we know!
- Items that are damaged, worn, altered, or don't have original tags can't be returned or exchanged.
Returning Online Apparel & Accessories Orders in person at the UCLA Store on campus:
Pro Tip: Returning in person? You can do that at the UCLA Store in Ackerman Union, just make sure you follow the conditions above and bring your original packing slip. Just visit any register on UCLA Store B-level to process your return.
