Returning Bookzone items in store

Returns: Most purchases can be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase, providing the items are unused and in new, salable condition and accompanied by the original register receipt.

The following BookZone items are non-returnable:

- Test preparation materials

- Bargain Books

- Special Orders

- Periodicals

- Molecular model sets

- Any BookZone item with unsealed digital media (CDs, DVDs etc.)
