Swapping It Up: Exchanging Your Gear
Sometimes you find the perfect item, but maybe it's not quite the right size or color. No problem! Here's how exchanges work for online orders:
Free Exchanges:
- You can exchange most items within 30 days of your order's ship date for a different size or color of the same exact item (same SKU). "Clearance" and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
- To start an exchange, simply contact our friendly E-commerce team at bearwear@asucla.ucla.edu. They'll help you get a return authorization number and a return shipping label.
In your email, please include the following:
1. Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for returning
- If the item was gifted to you by someone else (if possible, please include the gift givers' order number, phone number, or email address so we can locate the order)
- What color or size you'd like to exchange for
What You Can't Exchange:
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for items that are a different SKU or style. If you're looking for something completely different, you can return your original item and place a new order.
- We also cannot accept exchanges for items after 30 days, or for items that are damaged, worn, or altered.
Pro Tip: Want to exchange your online order in-store? Head over to the UCLA Store on Ackerman Union B-Level! With your original packing slip and unworn/unaltered item, our friendly staff can process your exchange quickly and efficiently. Remember, in-store exchanges are only available for same SKU items that meet our standard return policy conditions.
